Kate Holz

Kate joined Medacs in February 2025, bringing 16 years of nursing experience. She began her career in Emergency before transitioning into Remote Area Nursing 10 years ago, working across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Western Australia. After welcoming her baby, Kate moved into recruitment to stay connected with Remote Area Nurses while being present at home.

She is passionate about supporting nurses, guiding them through onboarding and education pathways into remote practice, and helping them advance their careers. Kate is driven by a commitment to getting the right nurses to where they are needed most, ensuring communities receive the care they deserve. Clear communication and a genuine focus on making the process seamless are at the heart of her approach.
